How will I know which program best suits my situation?
It all comes down to the amount of time you have to do the work yourself. And your appetite.
If you feel you are able to structure and run a small project around the topics we’ll cover in our workshops, then the ‘Essential’ program will do just fine. If you feel you could use more coaching, guidance and follow up, then go with the ‘Plus’ program. If you have little time available, or if you need to have changes implemented as soon as possible, then go with the ‘Pro’ program.
What is the optimal organization size for this program?
If your company’s size is below 15 or beyond 250 employees, then this might not be the right program for you. On the other hand, it’s not just size that determines which phase of the organizational life cycle your company is in.
Once you have taken care of the essential external factors – product/market fit, funding and a healthy revenue stream – the internal organization will dictate your company’s maximum velocity and ability to scale.
If you find yourself struggling with communications, attracting talent, building strong teams, differentiating new functional roles, and getting organized efficiently, then you might want to book a clarity call. You’ve now reached the phase of a ‘scale up’.
What does the program look like?
The program consists of 6 workshops centered around 4 individual themes.

• Organizational structure
• Talent Management
• Talent Acquisition
We’ll use the first workshop to get to know your organisation, the market you operate in and the goals and challenges you face.
The final and 6th workshop allows us to work on topics we weren’t able to address in any of the previous workshops. So, if you would like to work on your organizational culture, or communications, the 6th session will allow us to do so.
The ‘Plus’ and ‘Pro’ versions of the program add 4 coaching and support sessions.
The ‘Pro’ version also includes a total of 8 hours of hands-on consulting on top of that.
Will I be able to upgrade my program?
Yes, you will.
Let’s say you’ve purchased the Essential program and you’ve come to realize you’ll need extra support. Then you will be able to upgrade to either of the other two programs. The same goes for upgrading a Plus program to a Pro program.
It’s not possible to downgrade a program.
