What does a coaching session look like?
Talent Development coaching sessions are not unlike regular coaching sessions. Face to face sessions last around 90 minutes each. While online sessions take about 60 minutes per session.
The biggest difference between the two types of coaching sessions is that the Talent Development program follows a format enabling us to address all the relevant topics in Talent Development.
Similar to regular sessions, you will often receive one or more insightful assignments to work on in between sessions.
