Growth Center’s tailor made coaching programs inspire, motivate and provide direction. It’s our goal to guide the people on your team in their personal and professional development. Knowing oneself and feeling comfortable are necessary to perform well.

All of our employee coaching programs are tailor made. We work for longer periods of time with pretty much all of our clients. Allowing us to invest in understanding the company and creating a unique offer.

We start out by setting clear goals. What is it you’re hoping to get out of the program? What is currently going on in the company? And what would you rather like to see?

We will then focus on the framework. Who is the target group? What are the criteria for participation? Would you rather work with a single budget for the entire organization? Or pay per session? 

Because we’re so engaged with both employees and managers, we tend to get to know our clients’ organizations quite well. This allows us to add tremendous value. In individual or team coaching sessions. But also in sessions with management where we’re able to share our observations.

Once a coaching program has started, we will share our feedback and suggestions for interventions with our client organizations with respect for one of the most fundamental coaching principles. We will only share feedback anonymously or with consent.

What distinguishes you from other coaches?

As a coach and organizational developer, I enjoy working with (young) professionals on challenges in both their private and business lives. Like me, most of the people I work with, have high expectations of themselves and their environment.

Before I founded Growth Center, I’ve worked in several large organizations, such as KPN, Exact and Coolblue. And I have worked with numerous startups and scale ups. From my experience, I know what it takes to be successful as a professional, the leader of a team, or a member of management.

I have completed numerous coaching courses, and specialized in systemic work. I hold a Master in Organizational and Social Psychology and an Executive MBA.

What kind of companies do you work with?

I have experience working in both large and small organizations. Ranging from startups to large international corporate companies. For the past 10 years, I have specialized in working with small and medium-sized companies. Most of these are scale-ups – relatively young, fast-growing companies.

Where do coaching sessions take place?

Ideally, coaching sessions take place outside the normal working environment. Growth Center’s coaching space is situated in The Hague. And easily reached by either car or public transport.

We offer the possibility to organize coaching sessions in any city in The Randstad.

We also work with remote clients who are unable to meet us face to face. Such as people living abroad. We currently work with a number of people living in cities like Berlin, Lisbon, Barcelona, and Dublin. We’ve found online video sessions lasting about 60 minutes to be very effective.

What kind of people do you work with?

I often work with people looking to further explore and develop their talents and potential. Or with people who want to focus on a specific subject. These clients may feel stuck, face a difficult situation, or they might be looking for direction in their lives.

In general, I work with higher educated people with high expectations of both themselves and their environment.
