Growth Center offers custom coaching programs that provide direction, inspiration, and motivation. The goal is to further guide employees in your organization in their personal and professional development. When someone feels great, they excel.
A coaching program for employees is always custom-made. It is an investment from both sides, and therefore, it is intended for a long-term collaboration.
The starting point is that we determine the objectives together. What do you hope to achieve? What do you often encounter in the organization? And how would you prefer to see it?
Then we look at the framework. One budget for the entire organization? Or prefer to pay per program? And what conditions are attached to participating in coaching sessions?
Because we are highly involved in what is happening at all levels, we get to know an organization quickly. This allows us to provide significant added value in individual coaching sessions and by sharing our observations in a structured way.
During the duration of a coaching program, an organization receives feedback and suggestions for improvement. We always adhere to our own ethical code and that of the NOBCO. Feedback from coachees is shared only with prior consent and in such a way that it cannot be traced back to an individual employee.

As a coach and organizational developer, I enjoy working with (young) professionals on challenges in both their private and business lives. Like me, most of the people I work with, have high expectations of themselves and their environment.

Before founding Growth Center, I worked in several large professional organizations such as KPN, Exact, and Coolblue. I also collaborated with multiple startups and scale-ups. Through these experiences, I understand what it takes to succeed as a professional, team leader, or member of a management team.
I have completed several coaching programs, including some in systemic work. Additionally, I have a Master’s degree in Organizational and Social Psychology and an Executive MBA.
Therefore, I confidently assert that I can effectively integrate theory and practice.
What kind of companies do you work with?
Growth Center collaborates with both large and small organizations, ranging from startups to large international corporate companies. Over the past 10 years, I have specialized in working with SMBs, often focusing on scale-ups – relatively young, rapidly growing companies.
In assignments, I frequently collaborate with other coaches and trainers, each bringing their own expertise, and always with robust senior professionals.
Where do coaching sessions with employees take place?
Ideally, coaching sessions take place outside the normal work environment. Growth Center has a coaching space in The Hague, easily accessible by car or public transport. Parking is free.
By arrangement, it’s possible to schedule coaching sessions with employees in major cities in the Randstad. For instance, I use locations provided by Het Coachhuis.
I also work with individuals who are unable to meet face-to-face, such as those located outside the Netherlands. Video coaching sessions are very suitable for them. Online sessions are slightly shorter, typically about an hour.
What kind of people do you work with?
I often work with people looking to further explore and develop their talents and potential. Or with people who want to focus on a specific subject. These clients may feel stuck, face a difficult situation, or they might be looking for direction in their lives.
In general, I work with higher educated people with high expectations of both themselves and their environment.
