How will I know which program suits my company best?

Each of the three programs will help you take a giant step in your recruitment practice. The difference between the Essential, Plus and Pro versions is in the time you will need to invest yourself.

If you and your team have the time to work on improving your recruitment practice yourself and you’re looking for a budget friendly solution, then go with the Essential program.

If you’re short on time, then go with the Pro version of the program. It will offer you help coordinating the project and offer you hands-on support. It will make it easy to build a recruitment solution that will bring you the team you need. For all others the Plus version of the program will make a great fit.

Should I enroll in the Recruitment Restructuring program or rather hire an interim recruiter or an agency?

Well, it depends on what you’re looking for…

An agency will get you a short burst of focussed attention with the goal of you hiring the first suitable candidate(s). That is what you’re paying an agency to do, and that is what you will get. It’s a short term solution and a bit of a mixed bag in terms of results.

Hiring an interim recruiter might be a good idea if you have multiple roles open and a decent recruitment process. You will have someone with a mid-long term perspective helping you attract, select and hire new team members.

The Recruitment Restructuring program is the best choice if you’re looking to step up your recruitment game. Over the course of two months you will get organised and greatly increase your ability to autonomously attract, select and hire the best possible new members on your team.

The program will help you understand how successful recruitment in startups and scale ups works and help you implement all the necessary steps to transform your company into a true candidate magnet. It will quickly get you better results that last for years!

How much time is involved on our side?

The program consists of 8 workshops, each lasting about two hours. If you opt for the Essential program, you will spend up to half a day after each workshop to implement the necessary changes.

If you opt for the Pro version of the program you will spend considerably less time, since you will have ample support to quickly make the necessary changes. On average, you will spend about one to two hours after each session.

The Plus program fits in nicely in between the other two programs.

Who should participate in the program? Should I send our recruiter?

The program is intended for those people in your company who are most involved in hiring new employees.

If that would be a recruiter and a founder, then that will work great. If you don’t have a recruiter or an HR person working with you, then invite the people who are actively involved in hiring new employees in different roles.

If that would be you and your co-founder, then that will also work just fine. In general it’s a good idea to have two people attend the program.
