About the Dream Job program
The Dream Job program is a one-on-one coaching program that is focused, concise and effective. Over the course of 8 weeks, we will help you define, find and land your dream job.
The program is designed to guide you every step of the way. From discovering what it is that makes you happy, to learning about your full potential, all the way to strategizing and landing your dream job.
Throughout the program we will take an inside-out approach. This means it all begins with you. Not with the jobs that are currently out there.
Every Dream Job program consists of:
• A minimum of 9 hours of one-on-one coaching with Tristan
• Personalized assignments, calls, videos and exercises

About Growth Center
At Growth Center we specialize in coaching, career coaching and leadership development. We work mainly – but not exclusively – with higher educated professionals in the first half of their careers. Our clients range from people about to start their professional careers all the way to seasoned founders, leaders and management teams.
My name is Tristan van der Hoeven and I am the founder of Growth Center. I work as a coach, career coach and organisational developer. I have a background in talent management and systemic work. Over the years I have been guiding hundreds of professionals and teams.
After completing my masters degree in Organisational- and social psychology I started my career in a management development program with a large corporate organisation. I managed to climb the corporate ladder. But after nearly 10 years, I felt it was time to say goodbye and find my own path. Since then, I have completed more than a handful of well-respected coaching courses and an Executive MBA.
I am passionate about surfing and kite surfing. You might have noticed a few subtle hints at my love for the ocean in our company branding.

2. What does the program look like?
The program is a goal directed and intensive coaching program. Over the course of the program, you will learn so much about yourself, what you have to offer and what you need. We will work together in one-on-one coaching sessions, making use of a wide range of coaching methods to help you discover what you want and how to get there. The program has a clear road map while offering plenty of room for customization. 3. Finding my dream job in 8 weeks time – that is fast, isn’t it?
The program requires a minimum of 8 weeks to complete successfully. Many people will want to take a little longer. It all depends on how much time you will have available and how urgently you’re looking to start working in your new career direction. We will discuss your expectations before the start of the program.
